Great location right in the heart of the city - couldn't be better! 😊 the staff were super nice and provided excellent service. the room was cozy and a good size - not cramped at all.

The location was excellent and good and I could use private parking on-site. The staff was absolutely courteous and helpful, helped to choose bars and restaurants.

The accommodations were fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything needed including a shower, hair dryer, and fresh towels, all at a reasonable rate.

Friendly and excellent staff and absolutely great accommodation. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Central location pleasant to walk around downtown with nice views. Based right by Belo Horizonte close to the Igreia São José, main attractions, bars, restaurants and also a shopping mall 2 corners away and the center.

Overall rooms were extremely spacious and had climate control, a safe box, and TV. A bathtub in the particularly good bathroom was super awesome.

I was bitten by bedbugs! That was an awful feeling... I woke up at night because my skin was all itching, I asked the staff to change all my linen and they agreed to do it in no time. I believe that the hotels of such level must not have such problems! That is awful!

Convenient central location, making it easy to explore around downtown on foot. 🚶‍♂️.

The hotel had a central setting close to train station. All the staff were highly courteous and helpful. We got an upgrade to a large room with cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a writing table.

The location was ok. The restuarant was good.

I was charged for the internet, even that on the Booked.net it says at the begining "wi-fi free". I had an argument and was shown that further down the same page, it says free only for the first three hours. That was bad !!! the tv wasnt working good and so was the ac.

This place offers great service with professional staff and spacious rooms.

It was kind of scary for a woman traveling on business. The lights in the hallway were on timers so they did not turn on until you walked directly under them, the hallways were very dark. The place felt like something out of a scary movie and the room was decorated like a jail cell...We paid for 2 rooms and only used 1 because we were so nervous... There was no peephole in the door, there were no English television channels and the internet connection did not work well even after you paid for it.

Room had everything I needed - comfy queen bed, mini-bar, work desk, and a TV 🛏️. Staff were super friendly and helpful around the clock!

The central location of this place was great for exploring downtown, and I enjoyed the view from the twin room window.
